If a restaurant does not appear on this list, (McDonald's, Chipotle, Carl's Jr.) It is because they currently do not offer an unbreaded protein that fits the ChiroThin protocol.
Only eat 4 oz. of protein - take leftovers home - ASK IN ADVANCE, most restaurants are happy to box part of the larger cut of meat at the time food is served to the table so you are not tempted to eat any extras!
Skip salad dressing and substitute pico de gallo, or bring your own Walden Farms dressing or other 0 (zero) calorie dressing. 1 Oz. Single serving Walden Farms packets are available on Amazon .... so, keep a few in your car or purse for these occasions.
If you plan on being out for a meal, grab an apple from home in case your restaurant options don't include fruit. With people on so many specialty diets currently, most restaurants don't mind you bringing a food item to supplement your needs as long as it doesn't disrupt the restaurant.
